Elvis holds a B.Com (Hons.) Marketing from Wits University, Johannesburg, South Africa; Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA; and Doctorate degree in Strategic Leadership, from Regent University in Virginia Beach, USA. Elvis is the Lead Consultant/CEO at Visiondrivers Management Consulting – a leadership consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is also the President of Dr. Elvis Ukpaka Leadership School – a premier leadership institute poised with the vision to train and empower leaders in both public and private organizations to unleash and maximize their leadership potentials. Elvis is one of Nigeria’s leading Leadership Consultants and Coaches. He is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Team Member; Certified Life Coach, from The Life Coach Institute, Florida, USA; Elvis also holds a certificate in “Facilitation for Trainers”, from Leadership Strategies Inc., Atlanta, USA; and certificate in “Leadership & Effective Communication” from Emory University, Atlanta, USA. Elvis has worked with various organizations such as banks, oil & gas firms, multi-nationals, small businesses, NGOs, and Government affiliates.
