Dr. Elvis Ukpaka is an accomplished Leadership Coach, Consultant, Trainer, and Speaker with extensive experience helping individuals and organizations strengthen leadership capacity and achieve sustainable growth. Through his bespoke leadership development and empowerment programs, he has supported corporate organizations, government institutions, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, communities, and professionals in transforming their leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa; a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA; and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA.
Dr. Ukpaka is the Lead Consultant and CEO of Elvis Ukpaka Leadership Inc., a leadership consulting firm based in Ontario, Canada. He also serves as President of Dr. Elvis Ukpaka Leadership School, a premier leadership institute dedicated to equipping leaders across public and private sectors with the skills and insights needed to unlock and maximize their leadership potential.
He is a Certified Leadership Coach with Canada Coach Academy; a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with John Maxwell Leadership, USA; a Certified Life Coach with The Life Coach Institute, Florida, USA; and a Certified Facilitator with Leadership Strategies Inc., Atlanta, USA.
